Neurodivergent-Affirming &
Weight-Inclusive Care
for the Menopause Transition

Perimenopause and menopause are a critical period.

Values, nutrition, health, and sense of self are shifting.

It can be a vulnerable time, too. Especially if you have a challenging relationship with food and your body.

Let’s understand midlife health changes through a gentle lens. We can move away from Big Menopause Wellness to expand our energy and capacity.

Hello & Welcome

I’m Melinda, a menopause transition food and body image coach helping you navigate midlife without diets, comparison, and self-criticism.

💦🧶🐕 I’m also a highly perimenopausal, late-diagnosed ADHDer, craft-loving dog mom.

I believe that flourishing health and body confidence in perimenopause and beyond don't revolve around a number on the scale, rigid planning, or a step count on your watch.

My coaching provides a container for empathy, reflection, and a focus on specific, tangible goals.

I arrive with a neurodiversity-affirming and weight-inclusive/non-diet approach.

So happy you’re here,

Melinda Staehling, MS, CNS®

  • My time with Melinda has had such a positive impact on my life.

She uses her knowledge in a compassionate and non judgmental way. She is flexible and created a true partnership with me, rather than just telling me what I "should" be doing. I am so grateful to have found her.

  • Melinda has been a huge blessing for me. She is so knowledgeable and helps me navigate through my issues with food in a way that is always collaborative.

She meets me where I’m at and encompasses a gentle and nonjudgmental manner that is genuine and consistent. Her approach enables me to develop tools within our sessions so I’m equipped to handle days between services. She’s a gem and the real deal.

  • I so appreciate all your support in helping me through this really tough spot in my health journey.

I feel like I have been able to really work through some of the food fears I had and am in a good place to move forward in a much more confident direction. I also appreciate your support in investigating the possibility of an ADHD diagnosis. While I'm still a few months off from that, I have already found what I've learned to be really helpful. Thank you again. I appreciate you!
